Dedicated Server Setup

To host your own dedicated server, download the necessary files below:

• WICGATE Dedicated Server (Match Mode Edition)
• Hosts File

Instructions:

1. Extract MatchMode.zip to your chosen directory.
2. Copy the downloaded hosts file into C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc (requires admin rights).
3. Open wic_ds.ini, adjust settings as needed, and save.
4. Launch the server by running wic_ds.exe.

Network Configuration

Ensure your router forwards the following ports to the machine running the server. Consult your router’s manual for exact steps.

• 3004 (TCP)
• 48000–49000 (TCP & UDP)
• 52999 (TCP & UDP) – VoIP; if hosting multiple servers, open adjacent ports (52998, 52997, etc.)
• 22993 (UDP)
• 22996 (UDP)

To operate a ranked public server, you must obtain a CD key. Contact any moderator on our Discord server to request your key, then download the Ranked Edition here: WICGATE Dedicated Server (Ranked Edition) .

Manual WICGATE Installation

Note: This installation method is unsupported and provided “as-is.” For a streamlined experience, we recommend using the WIC LIVE installer.

If you choose to install manually, download the following components:

• Standalone Multiplayer Update
• Hosts File
